Classroom Energy!
The API, along with corporate partner Scholastic, the world’s largest supplier of childrens’ books, has created “Powering Your World,” a website and series of lesson plans designed to teach children about the wonders of petroleum.
Energy and Society Education Program
API has also partnered with Project Learning Tree (PLT), an award-winning corporate education organization to develop the “Energy and Society” K-8 education program. These multi-disciplinary education materials help students understand the critical role that energy plays in their daily lives, and helps maintain our reliance on fossil fuels. Program components include a music CD and video, posters, study guide and web site. Start young!
